1. Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
– U.S. Standard Shipping: $7.99
– International Shipping: $15.99

How long does delivery take?
– Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
– U.S. delivery: 1–7 business days after shipping.
– International delivery: 4–15 business days depending on location.
– Specialty items (e.g., quilts): 10–15 days total delivery time.

Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express shipping. All items are made to order.

Can I ship to more than one address?
No. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Military shipments may take up to 45 days due to routing and security checks.

Will I be charged customs duties or VAT?
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for local taxes or duties. Orders from the UK or EU may include a 20% VAT.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major debit/credit cards.

How do I place an order?
1. Browse and add items to your cart.
2. Enter billing and shipping details.
3. Select a shipping method.
4. Complete your payment.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Enter the code during checkout and click “Apply”.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production, we can help. Email us ASAP at [email protected] with your order number.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive email updates when your order is confirmed, produced, and shipped. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don’t see updates.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We allow size exchanges for unworn/unwashed apparel within 10 days of delivery. Same style and color only. Customers cover return shipping. Non-apparel items cannot be returned.

What if I received the wrong item or size?
Send a photo to our support team. If verified, we’ll send a replacement within 72 business hours.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
If defective or incorrect, send us clear photos. Approved items will be refunded or replaced. Worn or damaged items are not eligible.

4. Refunds & Late Returns

How do I request a refund?
Email us to begin the process. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

What if I haven’t received my refund?
Check your bank or card statement. Still nothing? Contact your bank, then email us at [email protected].

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is incorrect or defective. In some cases, return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Use a trackable service for high-value items.
