DMCA Copyright Policy

What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice

- Terminate the user’s access if they are a repeat infringer.
Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal;
- A good faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email if available;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (or in any jurisdiction where CustomSuitsShirts.com operates, if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless they file a court action against you.
