We’re here to help with any issues related to your order. Please review the following information carefully before reaching out.


Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this 12-hour window, all orders are sent into production and cannot be canceled.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or quality issue.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production flaw, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement shipped to you as soon as possible, or
  • A full refund, if you prefer not to receive a replacement.

Please contact us at [email protected] and provide photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


Ordered the Wrong Size?

If the wrong size was selected and the sizing chart was not reviewed carefully:

  • We’ll gladly help by offering a reprint at cost (no profit).
  • You’ll be responsible for production and shipping fees.
  • We’ll provide a sizing chart for your confirmation before processing the reprint.
  • An invoice will be sent via PayPal, and your new order will be prioritized once payment is received.

Mistakes in Your Order

If there’s an issue with the color of the print or the shirt itself, please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor differences. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for slight color discrepancies.

If you received the wrong item or there is a clear defect, that’s on us.
Just email us with a photo of the issue so we can verify and make it right.

You’ll receive either a store credit or refund no need to send the item back. We kindly ask that you donate the incorrect item to someone in need.

Note: If you placed an order with a design that’s hard to see (e.g., white text on a white shirt), our system processes it as-is automatically. In this case, we’ll still try to help, but you’ll be responsible for production and shipping fees, as with the reprint policy above.


Package Returned to Sender?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you’ll need to cover reshipping and service fees:

  • $6–$8 for reshipping
  • $2–$4 for handling
